We promote awareness about the importance of a child-caregiver bond in order to increase the likelihood of a healthy developmental trajectory for children and adolescents.
In order to achieve this, we focus on primary caregivers, since they play a key role in creating a safe, stable, and emotionally nurturing bond with their children and adolescents. In this environment, children and adolescents must feel loved, protected, and content in order to develop healthily and prevent future difficulties.
Our work is mainly focused on helping parents and other primary caregivers (parents, grandparents, relatives, or care home educators) to improve their knowledge and parenting competencies, empowering them in their daily challenges in relation to raising children and adolescents, and making them more aware of the importance of their role as caregivers.
We use science-based parenting programs, we constantly monitor our interventions, and we use continuous improvement processes throughout research.

Grupo Objetivo: educadores de trato directo.
Modalidad de trabajo: crear instancias de reflexión y trabajo en torno a la importancia de su rol de cuidadores durante el período en que los bebés, niños, niñas y adolescentes permanecen en la residencia.
Resultado esperado: crear conciencia del impacto del vínculo sano, y entregar herramientas que les permita dirigir la trayectoria de desarrollo de los niños y niñas hacia una zona de mayor bienestar.
Grupo Objetivo: adultos cuidadores
Modalidad de trabajo: insertarse en una comunidad (educativa y corporativa) con el fin de sensibilizar al grupo objetivo acerca de la importancia que tiene el establecimiento de un vínculo sano con los niños , niñas y adolescentes, promoviendo relaciones estables, seguras y nutricias.
Resultado esperado: prevenir dificultades socioemocionales en los niños y niñas, orientando su desarrollo hacia una zona de mayor bienestar.
Cuida Futuro Foundation is part of #MovidosxChile, a social media campaign that channels through a website, all the aid that arises from the disaster, with the needs of the affected localities in the south of the country.
Since January Cuida Futuro Foundation is part of the Community of Solidary Organizations because we believe that collaboration between foundations and corporations is fundamental for overcoming poverty.
This year we were awarded with “Fondo Concursable para Todos y Todas” by the Ministry of Social Development, Government of Chile.
